I am considering moving to “Shareforce” ( https://www.shareforce.net/ ) for the administration of my company’s various share plans, including UK and overseas SAYE and an executive share option scheme. I’d welcome any views on Shareforce as a services and/or software provider.
We are currently looking at options and have reviewed Share force, Share track and Howells – I suppose it depends on the level of complexity you are looking for but I would suggest you also look at Share Track.
