A FTSE250 Company Secretary writes...
Does anyone have experience of using Kube for entity management and what did you think of it/do you think of it, particularly in comparison to Diligent Entities?
If you have moved to Kube, what was the transition process like? For context, we are a FTSE250 with c.100 subsidiaries in 20+ countries and a Company Secretariat team of two.
We implemented Kube in late 2021/early 2022 (no previous computerised system) and overall were delighted with the process. The product continues to evolve well. We have approx. 50 entities, half in the UK and half internationally in around a dozen countries.
