The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) invited submission to their Board Effectiveness Review in the summer of 2019. EquityCommunications Ltd prepared a detailed response, a copy of which is available below. The ICSA’s paper on this consultation is likely to be published in October 2019 and when it is, we will post a link to the outcome of the consultation here.
The final paper will be submitted to the Dept for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
