A FTSE250 Company Secretary writes...

We are hoping to streamline the subsidiary account process, in particular filings with Companies House.  Currently, the filing of Audited, Subsidiary Audit Exempt, and Dormant Accounts can be quite time-consuming and, inevitably, there are always issues with the preparation, printing or with Companies House in accepting these statutory accounts in a timely manner.

Is anyone aware of any account filing software or does anyone use such software?

Ideally we’d like to be able to submit Audited and Subsidiary Audit Exempt accounts (if possible, given the amount of paper involved in these specifically) online and prevent all the manual printing/posting that comes with this.

Any suggestions / recommendations please!
