A FTSE SMALL CAP Company Secretary & General Counsel writes...

We are currently preparing for Prov 29 and considering material controls on ensuring the Annual Report & Accounts are compliant with all laws and regulations.  While an external legal review would be thorough, it is also very costly.  Therefore, we are more likely to use a comprehensive checklist (such as the Addleshaws checklist) and conduct an internal review process to check and record compliance with each requirement.

However, I am curious to know if there are any AI tools available that are secure and reliable for checking an Annual Report against a current set of legal requirements.  Has anyone encountered such tools?  Could you share your experiences please?
