We currently use Equiniti to administer our Share Incentive Plan and are thinking about putting this out to tender. If anyone has any positive recommendations from working with other share plan administrators, it would be useful to know who they are so that we can consider them. Thank you
In addition to those mentioned by others I would recommend Computershare. We do not operate a sip but they have been vey good in respect of the executive plans they operate for us.

Assuming you mean a Share Incentive Plan for staff to purchase shares through their monthly payroll deductions, I have used Yorkshire Building Society before, and would certainly recommend them based on my experience with them.

We currently use Link Asset Services to administer our Share Incentive Plan and I am also considering putting this out to tender. YBS were mentioned to me. I have used them before in relation to a SAYE scheme and the service was excellent.
We still run everything on a spreadsheet kept by the Finance department
