We allow the press to attend our meetings, although we do not allow cameras, tape recorders, laptops, etc into the meeting and we do not allow them to ask questions. We also require members of the press to sit on designated seats to ensure the Chairman/Company Secretary knows where they are sitting.

We adopt the same approach as the questioner.
We establish a separate seating area in the auditorium for members of the press, grouping them together.
Our corporate relations team would be the contact point for the press throughout.

We do not allow members of the press into the meeting at all. Our PR Manager is on hand to speak to them outside if any do turn up.

We allow them in but do not allow them to ask questions etc at the meeting.

We are exactly the same as the questioner. Usually a member of our Corporate Relations team would act as liaison.
