A FTSE SMALL CAP Company Secretary and General Counsel writes...
We sit outside the FTSE 350 and therefore have always fallen below the radar of the Hampton Alexander (33% female representation) and Parker reviews (one person of colour on the Board). However, as this landscape and ESG/Sustainability gains ever more traction, we are now looking at giving impetus to our approach to both gender and ethnicity diversity.
Would anyone please be willing to share any examples of Board diversity policies, targets and metrics – or to describe how specific are their policies and targets, over what time trajectory, and whatever else is generally included.
To have a few pointers or examples of what others do would be most helpful.
