We recently moved to Ocorian who are under the Equiniti umbrella although I heard that they have now been acquired by someone else. In any case, I think they are very good and much better than Kleinwort Benson whom we used for several years but were not good.

We use Computershare. We moved the EBT activity to them for ‘neatness’ when we launched our SIP and put the LTIP administration online. We previously used Appleby (now Estera) and found them very good – the only reason we moved away was to get everything in one place.

If I was looking to change, I would definitely engage with Shareworks (formerly Solium) – our account manager from Computershare left to join them and their offering looks good albeit that it is maybe more focused on the participant experience than on trusts.

We use Apex (formerly Link, formerly Capita) and have had a good experience with them. Pragmatic answers and quick response times. The business was recently sold out of the Link group which I think will be a good thing! Let me know via David if you’d like contact details.

We have used RBC cees Limited for over 20 years and always found the service to be excellent., The management team has been very stable and has worked will other people in the share plans chain. We are aware that we could get similar services cheaper elsewhere but the quality of service we receive means we are reluctant to change.
