We put in place a Groupwide formal diversity policy last year which went to the Board for approval. It is quite high level, and was put together by Group HR. I am not sure if they had outside advice. At the same time, the Nomination Committee met to note the policy and confirm it would be applied in respect of Board appointments and would be given to any Executive search agencies as part of their briefing. We note this in our Directors’ Report.
