We are a FTSE 100 company and currently have a limit of £35m under our Directors and Offices (“D&O”) – which one of our NED’s thinks is low. Could the Group let me know what their D&O limit is – and an indication of size (No of employees/turnover) and type of business please?
Does your D&O policy also include NED’s and if so does the limit apply to them or do they have a separate limit under the policy? Whilst our NED’s are covered within our policy they only have a £1m limit per NED and with a £5m aggregate.

£250m revenue. 2,500 employees. No ADRs. £20m (moved from annual aggregate to any one claim basis this year). No distinction between exec and NXDs, If you use one of the larger insurance brokers they should collate data for all large clients/sectors on a no names basis and that should distinguish between companies with US exposure/listings and not.
