“In relation to the “employee representative” director section of the Governance Code, we still plan to adopt the “other arrangements” and explain their effectiveness.
However, we are starting to rethink. Partially prompted by PIRC (but with whom we will NOT engage). Does anyone know who might be monitoring which companies are appointing employee reps, how they are trained, chosen, rotated etc?”
