We would like some feedback on services provided by Equiniti Premier Services. We worked with Killik Employee Services before they were acquired by Equiniti but the service since the acquisition hasn’t been that good. Could you please share your experience?

Whilst we expected some short term level of service disruption following the acquisition, it would be fair to say we found the “settling in” period to be much longer and more disruptive to our service experience than anticipated. It became apparent quite quickly that the level of change and integration required to embed the Killik elements of the business into the Equiniti model had been underestimated. However we are starting to see some improvement and more definite commitments through some of the changes and investment that they have made recently within their management and organisation structure. These are beginning to flow through to process and service delivery but there is still some way to go
