We have been with the YBS for a number of years although not made a sharesave nvitation for a few years. We have agreement from our RemCom to launch an international offer this year and so far the support from YBS has been excellent. However they can not support savings in all jurisdictions so we shall see how this progresses (in some countries we are having to make seperately savings arrangements).

We moved from Halifax to Yorkshire BS some time ago and I have been very impressed with their level of service and based on that would recommend them.
Obviously they may struggle with international coverage and if you need a high quality web based solution for international coverage then others may be better placed!

We have recently moved the administration of our SAYE plans from Yorkshire BS because they did not offer us the full international coverage we required. We have now transfered both our SAYE and executive plan administration to Computershare and have started using their web based platform, which has provided an enhanced service for staff across the globe. If changing SAYE provider it is also worth looking at the other related service providers e.g. brokers, which could provide further enhancements depending on your choice of SAYE administrator.

I have experience of using Yorkshire Building Society both at my current company and my previous one, Shiloh PLC.

I have always found them very efficient and they have administered our plans well.

We have used Equiniti for many years and are presently happy with the service provided but would re-iterate what has already been said that the manager responsible for your scheme is key to ensuring a satisfactory level of service. Do insist on meeting and conversing with your allocated manager before you make a decision.

Historically we used Halifax and received very good service. Schemes eventually lapsed. We introduced new scheme in 2008. Did tender with Halifax, Yorkshire and Equiniti and we awarded it to Yorkshire. They are more helpful with assistance in producing brochure/posters/training HR people and some site visits to outline benefits to employees free of charge. Good technical knowledge.

We use Yorkshire Building Society. They been doing this for years.

The Yorkshire Building Society is very good. Only criticism – reports are sent in unwieldy, “user unfriendly” spreadsheets. However, I do think, with any provider, the client relationship manager is key. Insist on meeting the person who will actually handle your account.

We use Equiniti (Lloyds TSB as was) and have always found them to be competitive on price and generally they give very good service. In stark contrast to Halifax who we used to use and found to be very mixed in service levels.
