    We are intending to assess at the point of exercise whether the individual is likely to be in the 50% bracket. If they are, we will deduct 50% plus 1% NI on the gain on unapproved options, if not, we will deduct 40% plus 1% NI.

      We are not doing anything differently. If the option is unapproved the executive pays 50% tax on the value instead of 40% as previously.
