FCA businesses – NED letter of appointment

I am looking for a NED letter of appointment for an FCA regulated business. Is this something one of the members could help with please?        (I am happy to forward if anyone can assist. David Mensley)

    We also use the standard ICSA one but add a sentence saying ‘Your appointment is subject to you attaining and maintaining FCA Approved Person status’.

      We are an FCA regulated business, PRA too, but we use a standard NED letter of appointment, available from the lawyers or from the ICSA website etc.
