A FTSE250 Company Secretary writes...

Has anyone else heard the suggestion that institutional investors are using AI to read annual reports?  Any thoughts?

Haven’t heard specifically that but I know they for example use search tools to find key words they want to see in the annual reports. They do this due to the fact they loads of annual reports to go through of course. So as a tip from them it is important that topical issues are highlighted using specific words (e.g. diversity; employee engagement) so that they can easily find them, tick a box and leave us in peace.
