A FTSE100 Company Secretary writes...
We are in the process of updating our corporate website. With the plethora of items listed companies are now required to make available on or via our website, does anyone know of a ‘checklist’ that might be available we could use please?
I’m not aware of a checklist but will be interested to see if one develops, perhaps through ICSA?
Interestingly, somebody has asked the same question on PLC and the PLC team have said they don’t have a checklist but referred to a related checklist on Post general meeting formalities. So I’d say try PLC as I have just had a look and it’s quite good.
