We are a recently incorporated company and as Company Secretary I am establishing our various Board Committees. It would be very helpful to know of any useful resources you have found for Remuneration Committee members please.
Yes I agree, the ICSA website is very useful for Terms of Reference and apart from that you will find you legal adviser or Remuneration Committee advisers like Deloitte or PwC have a lot of useful information
Pro-forma terms of reference on the ICSA website – very useful. I build all my TORs out of theirs. There is no doubt other information on the ICSA website also. Otherwise, the big RemCo advisors have useful information available on their websites and there are some excellent webinars provided by people like Deloitte (the Deloitte Academy has good resources).
