For those who are holding AGMs virtually or as a hybrid, what systems/ providers are you using? Specifically does anyone have any experience with Notified (https://www.notified.com ) and/or UK Engage (https://uk-engage.org)?
We’ve only held one virtual AGM, using Lumi. We were happy enough with their service. Nothing ground breaking or exceptional, but fine.
Dual-listed company – Virtual and hybrid AGMs required – Used the LUMI platform every year since COVID lockdown.
We have used Orient Capital for the last 2 years, they are very efficient and would definitely use them again and would happily recommend.
