Apart from using Excel, are there any recommendations for a software solution for managing the administration of a small and non-complex employee share option scheme for a private limited company? Looking for something simple covering grants, lapses, exercises, HMRC reporting etc.

I have used Sharetrack from Cytec for the last 5 years and it’s worked well for our simple incentive schemes, along with dealing with some more complex matters. The system is easy to use and support is very responsive. Also not that expensive.

I have to say that I’m in a similar position, and Excel works fine for me. Therefore will be interested to see the responses, as I’ve not explored the alternatives
