A FTSE250 Company Secretary writes...
“We are looking to undertake some analysis of which institutions have not voted at the AGM previously (we get about 66% of the ISC voting)”.
Does anyone have any experience of this – and which firms have been used?

If it’s of any use (and it was for our AGM in 2017, so may be a bit out of date now) we got Boudicca Proxy Services to do a bit of after the event analysis as regards our AGM voting. This was more about finding out why a particular shareholder voted against a particualr resolution, rather than a general analysis of who didn’t vote, but they were very good at getting “behind the scenes” of actual ownership and control of voting rights, rather than simply what’s on the register. They may offer this service. Details of the person I dealt with below:
