A EX LISTED Company Secretary writes...
We are looking to renew our current signing/sealing policy which is out of date and needs a complete rewrite. We are also looking to remove the use of the Company seal in getting documents signed which is just another administrative hurdle in getting documents signed. Would anybody be prepared to share their policy with us to help us with this process?

WE don’t use a seal, but have a documents signing policy which stipulates two directors or director/sec can sign (and we have three alternate co secs), then we have two people with PoA. This is because we sign a large number of leases every week and need as much flexibility as possible to keep things moving.
