Software for electronic filing of PSC registers

What success have companies had to date in using specialist company secretarial software to send People of Significant Control registers to Companies House together with their Confirmation Statements?  What level of support have you received from your software provider on this?

Having attempted to use Blueprint to submit confirmation statements containing the PSC register, we have resorted for the time being to using Companies House webfiling. Unless you have no reportable PSC’s an additional form (CS01 continuation) is required to be manually filled and filed (at a higher cost) which is lengthy and the layout confusing. Webfiling is much more concise. Blueprint are helpful, but the system isn’t yet fully able to pull the information on PSC’s input into the system onto the forms. We will periodically review and look to resume using Blueprint at a later date.
