Subject Access Requests

21st February 2013 1 Comment

“When we receive a subject access request we have to instigate a search of our email archive server in order to obtain all emails relevant to the individual making the request, this in the past has produced a vast amount of emails to review (and redact) prior to providing those which are relevant.

What do other companies do in relation to emails when processing subject access requests?”
