Whistle-blowing policies and MAR

A FTSE250 Company Secretary writes...

Have any companies made changes to their whistle-blowing policies in respect of the Market Abuse Regulation coming into force on 3 July 2016?  We were not intending to, given that existing UK legislation already includes considerable protection for whistle-blowers but would be interested if any companies are planning on doing anything differently.
