    We also use Navex but are moving away from them owing to data protection issues and costs as their servers are not in Europe. Number of calls is not significant but always rises when we do an awareness raising campaign – posters, intranet, country presentations, annual online training etc

      Our system is hosted by Navex. We do provide a reporting form which can be accessed online so people can log issues directly through the intranet (in addition to using the telephone number or email address).

      Regardless of how the compliant is raised (online, telephone, email, face to face) they are all logged on the Navex system and investigated. This enables a consistent, confidential approach to investigating and centrally held data which is used for reporting, training, policy setting and audit purposes.

        We use Expolink – they have online capability. We have found them very good and supportive.

          We use Safecall who operate via telephone or website email. They will assure anonymity if required by the whistle-blower. We have had them in place for 2 or 3 years now. We have had very few reports in to them but they have handled those efficiently and properly. We have been very happy with the level of service.

            Always had excellent support and service globally through InTouch. We had international offices, who were provided with local freephone numbers, and also a webportal people could go and type their issues into. We also used a QR code for people to use, which we placed in the loos and on our posters – was very useful. When I last looked, they were much better priced than SafeCall and I found their customer support unbeatable. Gizelle Handy was my contact.

              We use SafeCall and have done for about 5 years. Very professional; handled our multi jurisdiction sites and have translators to handle all of our language needs. They take messages either by phone or via email and are extremely responsive and very good value for money.

                Our external whistleblowing service is successfully hosted and managed by a company called InTouch MCS Ltd. Here’s a link to their corporate website: http://www.peopleintouch.co.uk/ Contact with the service can be made by phone and online both from the UK and from locations across the world where we operate (in English or in local languages).

                  We use Expolink – they have online capability. We have found them very good and not expensive.

                  Our main challenge is with getting the Continental European subsidiaries on board!

                    We use Safecall – contact is Frazer Gunn who is at Safecall.co.uk

                    I am sure they have an on-line logging service as well as phonecall logging.

                      Expolink is our provider and you can telephone in or do so online. Both means offer anonymity if preferred.

                        We use Safecall across our divisions (North America, EMEA and APAC). Their service so far has been excellent.
