A FTSE100 Company Secretary writes...
We would be interested to know what software other Secretariats use to maintain their corporate structure chart please.
We currently use Visio but were wondering what the alternatives were and which ones other companies would recommend. We have about 250 companies in our structure, including a number of overseas companies, branches, partnerships and also companies that are owned by more than one company within our own group.
We are just purchasing GEMS and they said their structure chart capability is comparable with Visio and incorporated not an add on like Visio. Worth considering if you would move from Blueprint/Diligent if you are with them
There is a new provider who have just come onto the market, Kuberno (https://www.kuberno.com/). As they only went live last week, I can’t yet comment on how they compare with other providers, but their product certainly looks like it is worth investigating.
