1) Does anyone have a shareholder agreement with reporting and approval obligations and if so, can you please share how you track and report back to Board and the shareholder on these?

2) I need to define our Corporate Governance policies for our shareholder.  What experience do you have of categorising your overall policies and how did you decide which came within the category of Corporate Governance?
