Natwest Stockbrokers has a good reputation for providing this service so long as the individuals concerned are not in the US or Canada (although worth checking whether they now have a solution for this). The contact there is Phil Smith on 020 7649 9266.

We have found Natwest Stockbrokers to be one of the few who do this and have been very happy with the service they provide. Most of the work they do is via our corporate nominee, but they also handle employees who hold share certificates.
